Learning to Fly ABA was founded with a mission to provide compassionate, ethical, and effective ABA services after our owner recognized a growing need for care that truly puts individuals first. We are committed to delivering data-driven outcomes while focusing on meaningful, functional, and socially significant progress. At Learning to Fly, we believe that every learner deserves personalized support that not only improves their skills but also enhances their quality of life in a lasting and impactful way.
I want to highlight one important thing: Our company does NOT require a minimum number of hours per week. We believe we need to meet each client and family where they are at and what they are able to commit to!
Meet the Team

With over 15 years of experience in the field of ABA, Brielle has had the opportunity to work with individuals ages 3-21 in a variety of settings, including home-based, center-based and school-based programs, as well as summer camps. She has gained experience in teaching social skills, adaptive skills, communication, and managing challenging behavior. Brielle has served in a variety of leadership positions.
Brielle has extensive experience in parent training, as well as staff training and supervising therapists and teams. She has guided many behavior technicians through gaining their RBT and BCBA credentials and enjoys mentoring those new to ABA. She is passionate about engaging families in parent training and improving the quality of life for all her clients.
Brielle holds a master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and completed coursework towards certification as a BCBA from the University of Massachusetts. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Texas.
When not working, Brielle enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys reading as many books as possible. She is passionate about traveling and has been to 12 countries!
